Joe Robertson recently met with the Isle of Wight Youth Trust, a charitable organisation on the Island with 40 years experience supporting young people through difficult times. The Trust provide youth led wellbeing and therapeutic support and empower those young people to find work. The Trust also provide counselling for those struggling with their mental health - with current waiting times increasing across many different services due to the effects from the Covid Pandemic.
Joe said, " A pleasure to meet with Isle of Wight Youth Trust and hear about some of the challenges facing our younger Islanders. I have pledged to do all I can to support the Youth Trust continue it its hugely important work including securing future funding."
You can find the Isle of Wight Youth Trust at 114 Pyle Street in Newport. They offer a wide range of one-to-one therapies for ages 5-25 year olds.
